In Love with Open Source Food
I'm loving Open Source Food by Yong Fook. The pictures, the recipes, the community. It's great seeing what ordinary people are doing with food, though there are a number of professional cooks on the site as well.
I can’t recall, how I happened upon Yong Fook’s website. I think it was something related to PHP or Content Management. But by am I glad I visited. Yong Fook is the developer of another site, one that I had never heard of two months ago, but has become one of my favorite food sites on the web—Open Source Food. It is yummy-tastic!! Yong Fook just release version 2 of the site, with lots of improvements. So go use it in conjunction with my other favorite food site The World’s Healthiest Foods. You can learn all about Asparagus or Oranges, then go to Open Source Food to find recipes using those ingredients.
