Royal Josie: The World Awaits
Announcing, the still reigning queen, Queen Josephine, better know as Josie the Cat.More photos of Josie the Cat, I’m afraid. Madison, and all parts of the mid-west have been incredibly dry as of late. So yesterday, when the weather took a swing from hot and hotter, to thunder and lightning, I actually said, “Thank God!” It was appropriate. But meanwhile, as the thunder, thundered, and the lightning, lit, and unplugging my laptop, despite having a Belkin, super-duper surge protected powerstrip, that will pay up to $25,000 if my laptop gets fried, I had nothing to do but read and torture Josie. I opted, briefly anyway, for the torture.
Josie was sleeping on my gold and purple throw blankets, hence the series was titled, “The Royal Series”. Josie, unlike my former kitten, Chelsea, does not like having her pictured snapped. 
So my plans for torture, which came while observing her utter cuteness, while sleeping under the covers (the air was on, and she didn’t want to catch a chill). She was sleep and stretched in cuteness, so I grabbed my camera. Soon as the shutter clicked, informing me that the camera was on, she was scrambling out from under the covers, with a slightly disgusted look on her face, like, “I can’t believe I trusted you enough to fall asleep in front of you.”
It’s true. I can’t believe she trusted me enough to fall crawl under the covers to sleep in the same room that I was working. She should know better by know. Every since, I got my Canon PowerShot S400, I’m prone to capture random acts of cuteness despite grumblings from my various subjects. So Josie mumbled and grumbled, and I clicked a few photos. Enjoy!
