I occasionally make music videos for some of my favorite television shows. Some shows offer more inspiration than others; and some shows I just have more digital footage than others. Your Love Means Everything, Pt 2
This was suppose to be a tribute video to Dana Fairbanks, but it somehow became a testament to Alice Pieszecki and her relationship with Dana. It's subtitled, Alice losing Dana, because once I had selected the song, that's where everything was going. I may still do a Dana tribute video, or at the very least additional Alice/Dana videos; but I just had the need to play this song for Dana and Alice. Pre-warning It's sad. The songs sad. How It Ends
This video starts and ends with my favorite L Word character, Alice Pieszecki. What can I say, Leisha Hailey brings humor, caring, an odd grace, and startling touch of sadness to this character. Pretty damn amazing, when you consider how little the characters get from the writing of the show. That said, while this is actually an Alice/Dana video, since it does focus on "how their relationship, may or may not end". It ultimately can be considered a "break-up video". I Know, I Know, I Know
Admittedly, the relationship between Bette & Tina on the L Word has never interested me as much as say Marina/Jenny or Alice/Dana; but for some odd reason, I kept getting video images of the dynamic duo in my head. And they wouldn't leave. A few weeks later here we are. A Bette/Tina, happiness, pain, anger, life video set to the vocal styling's of Canada's own Wonder Twins, Tegan and Sara.

Sleeps with Butterflies
A Dana/Alice video, inspired by Showtime's the L Word, and Tori Amos' "Sleeps with Butterflies". I took over 50 clips of Dana and Alice from season one and two episodes. I took way more clips than I needed. In fact, I didn't even use some of the scenes I wanted to.
