As you know, I'm a huge Benji/Donyelle fan from Summer 2006' So You Think You Can Dance. That pairing was genius, even if it were happenstance. But the second duo, or secondary individuals that I also loved from the show, were Heidi and Travis. Both were incredible dancers, with their fair share of charisma. They stood out from their original partnerships, and managed to persevere even as those partnerships failed them.

When Heidi and Travis danced together, or with either of my favorite duo, they started to shine. Who can forget the sexy, geekiness of Benji/Travis or the hotness of Heidi/Donyelle dancing together? And lets not forget to mention, Benji and Heidi, cousins and former dance partners, who got thrown the fastest mambo in history, Black Mambo, which they performed amazingly.

My favorite Heidi and Travis moment was their performance of their Mia Michaels' choreographed, "Calling You.

So anyway, when benjixislove, who is rapidly becoming one of my favorite chroniclers of my favorite season of So You Think You Can Dance, came out with this wonderful combination of Travis/Heidi clips, I of course must highly recommend it for your viewing pleasure. Just get a YouTube account, and subscribe to benjixislove—whoever they are, they rock; and so does this video. Great song selection, and some fabulous clips of Heidi and Travis. Enjoy.

Lyrics

Oh, well imagine; as I'm pacing the pews in a church corridor,
and I can't help but to hear, no I can't help but to hear an exchanging of words.
"What a beautiful wedding!, What a beautiful wedding!" says a bridesmaid to a waiter.
"Ah yes, but what a shame, what a shame, the poor groom's bride is a whore."

I chimed in with a "Haven't you people ever heard of closing the god damn door?!"
No, it's much better to face these kinds of things with a sense of poise and rationality.
I chimed in "Haven't you people ever heard of closing the god damn door?!"
No, it's much better to face these kinds of things with a sense of hope.

Well in fact, well I'll look at it this way, I mean technically our marriage is saved
Well this calls for, a toast so, pour the champagne,
Oh! Well in fact, well I'll look at it this way, I mean technically our marriage is saved
Well this calls for a toast, so pour the champagne, pour the champagne.

I chimed in with a "Haven't you people ever heard of closing the god damn door?!"
No, it's much better to face these kinds of things with a sense of poise and rationality.
I chimed in "Haven't you people ever heard of closing the god damn door?!"
No, it's much better to face these kinds of things with a sense of poise and rationality.

Again..

I'd chime in "Haven't you people ever heard of closing the god damn door?!" No.
It's much better to face these kinds of things with a sense of poise and rationality.
I'd chime in "Haven't you people ever heard of closing the god damn door?!"
No, it's much better to face these kinds of things with a sense of poise and rationality.
